Shed Space
The canterbury art fair from the 15th of november is the upcoming event, but shed space is a touring arts exhibition opportunity, and there will be opportunities to submit applications throughout the year.
Shed Space is a mobile visual arts project, using sheds and gardens as gallery spaces for artists to exhibit. Our aim is to make art more accessible, offering new locations and unique viewing experiences across the UK, and further afield. We provide a space free from the constraints, and intimidating nature of a regular gallery, where the artist is able to create and interact directly with the public.
Using a group of artists, Shed Space draws collectively from their skills and ideas, to develop new projects.
Shed Space can only evolve and develop fresh perspectives with feedback from audiences, and interaction with new artists.
