My work is a mixture of Landscapes, Marine and the objects/people that interact with them.
Most of the work I do is in oil although I often use other mediums depending on what I think will work best for the subject. My paintings are created in my studio at home so I use digital photos and sketches made on site for reference material it is also important for me to visit the location/subject I am working on so I can get a feel for the atmosphere/personality.
I like to see people’s reaction to my work and gain a lot myself from the criticism of someone unfamiliar to my art. My paintings are created on either Box Canvas for a modern contemporary feel or Canvas / Primed Board and framed for a more traditional look.
