Juneau Projects: ‘Formosa’
Launch event Friday 13/11/09 6-9pm at the Shell Grotto, Margate CT9 2BU

Exhibition then relocates to Crate Project Space. Open 15/11/09 and 19-22/11/09 12-5pm at Crate Project Space, The Old Printworks, Bilton Square, Margate CT9 1DX.
Tate-commissioned artists Juneau Projects have made a new multimedia installation inspired by the enigmatic history of the Shell Grotto and its documented use as a place for holding séances. The work can be seen at the Shell Grotto for one night only. It will then move to Crate Studio and Project Space off Margate High Street until November 22.

Part of Crate’s ‘Bad Translation’ exhibition programme. Supported by Arts Council England and Kent County Council.
